Some of these are my own inventions, others started as recipes from books or friends and have, over time, been changed enough that I can say they're mine. Eventually I'll put up some other recipes I use exactly as someone else gave them to me, including my great-grandmother's famous ravioli recipe... anyone know where you can find good calf brains these days??
