| Chocolate Chip Cookies | |

1/2 C. brown sugar 1/2 C. + 2T unsalted butter, softened 1 egg 1 t vanilla |
1 1/2 C flour 1 t baking soda 1 t salt 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chip cookies |

Add sugar to butter and and cream together. Add egg and stir until blended. Add vanilla and stir in. Add flour, salt and baking soda to butter mixture and blend. Add chocolate chips and mix in. Bake in 385 F oven for 8-9 minutes. |
